TERMS OF SERVICE
You, the commissioner, agree to the terms below before placing an order
GENERAL
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason-By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my TOS which is
subject to change at any time and without warning-Commission inquiries/work will take place over Instagram/Twitter DM-I will not replicate another artists’ style-I have the right to post your commission on any of my platforms. Please let me know if you're making it a surprise/gift or just wish for me to not do so-If you have a certain deadline in mind, please let me know so I can do my best to cater to it-I will refuse service if said deadline is unreasonable and/or impossible-If there is no deadline, wait times are never certain but I will do my absolute best to update you regularly-Please be respectful of my time. Rushing me will result in a cancelation and refund-It is your responsibilitiy as the commissioner to provide feedback and confirmations. If the commissioner fails to respond within 48 hours I will continue the order as if you have confirmed it.
PAYMENT
-Payment is taken through PayPal or CashApp-50% upfront, 50% upon completion-Haggling will not be tolerated and I will refuse to work with you
PROCESS AND CHANGES
-After payment is made, I will provide updates and screenshots of a sketch. Please use this time to ask for any edits or alterations as they are all free during the sketch phase-Once the sketch phase is complete, any and all edits will be an upcharge. Price will vary depending on the complexity of the edit-Provide a clear, general reference of your character. Pinterest boards, t.oyhouse profiles, stickman drawings are also all acceptable for desired pose/clothing as long as they are comprehensive-Specify what exactly you want me to use from your references-If requested, I can take a little artistic liberty, but I will not come up with entire ideas and/or pieces-You may not request a full refund if I have already finished the sketch. You will need to compensate me for the work already done-If you decide to cancel the order, you will be refunded a portion of the money that did not go into the order, as well as given the piece up until it was stopped.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
-You may use the piece for personal use such as icons, wallpapers, etc as long as proper credit is given to the artist.-You are allowed to claim the rights to your character but not the artwork itself.-You are not allowed to use my art in any commercial way-You are not allowed to use my art for NFTs or any AI usage
CANCELING/REFUNDING
-A full refund is applicable as long as I have not started, or the order is still in the sketch phase-You are allowed to cancel the order at any time if you have not sent payment-You are never allowed to ask for a refund if the commission is already 100% complete
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
-I will do my best to make my clients happy-I ask that my clients be clear with what they want from the beginning to avoid any issues and to make the process smooth and easy for both of us

A page of your character doing various things. Illustrations can range anywhere between a bust shot or a full body, and they can do whatever you want, all up to you to decide. Two options between 2 illustrations or 3 illustrations.

I am not responsible for the failure of my clients to respect my stated boundaries and/or limits. I do not have to explain to you why I offer or don't offer certain things. If I don't offer what you want, look elsewhere
